2. Cancellation by Students

• • Before Course Start: If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course begins, you must notify us in writing (via email or official letter) within 24 hrs of registration , post that no refund will be entertained.
• • After Course Start: Once the course has commenced, cancellations will be subject to our refund policy, and no refund will be granted for withdrawals after the start date.

3. Refund Policy

• • No refund of the fee paid would be entertained in any circumstances except on the discretion of the management.
• • A refund would be done if you have paid the amount for an item twice.
• • Hardcopy Notes by IAS Shaashtra : There is no refund on hardcopy notes as students are requested to order these notes after looking into the samples.

4. Course Cancellation by IAS Shaashtra

• • Rescheduling or Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer to a rescheduled class or an alternative course of equal value.
• • Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we may reschedule or cancel classes, depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Process

• • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval , if any. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• • Administrative Fees: A non-refundable administrative fee of 15% may be deducted from all refunds.

6. Change of Mind or Special Circumstances

• • Change of Mind: Refunds for changes of mind or personal reasons not covered under this policy will not be processed.
• • Special Circumstances: We may consider special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
